Water Main Break
Update: Water pressure should be now be restored to all residential customers. The District’s Operator, TNG, is continuing to closely monitor this situation.
A water main on Nichols Sawmill in Clovercreek MUD has been damaged by a contractor.
The District’s Operator, TNG, is aware of the situation and is working to maintain the water plant and repair the water main. For further information you may reach out to the TNG customer service line at 281-350-0895.
San Jacinto River Authority and Groundwater Reduction Plan
Clovercreek Municipal Utility District of Montgomery County is a participant of the San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA), which is a legislatively created conservation and reclamation district charged with regulating the water resources of the San Jacinto River Basin. SJRA developed the Groundwater Reduction Plan (GRP) in response to rules required by the Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District to reduce groundwater withdrawals.
This District is a participant of the SJRA’s GRP and are subject to its fees. SJRA Fees included in your water bill are assessed to pay for the facilities required for conversion.
Please note the SJRA fee is a pass-through fee, and the District nor its Directors have the ability to reduce, subsidize, or eliminate it from resident bills. For more information on the SJRA, its mission and goals, or to contact them directly, please visit their website at https://www.sjra.net.
Notice of Public Hearing on Tax Rate
The CLOVERCREEK MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT will hold a public hearing on a proposed tax rate for the tax year 2022 on September 22, 2022 at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be held at 422 Melton Street, Magnolia, Texas 77354. Your individual taxes may increase at a greater or lesser rate, or even decrease, depending on the tax rate that is adopted and on the change in the taxable value of your property in relation to the change in taxable value of all other property. The change in the taxable value of your property in relation to the change in the taxable value of all other property determines the distribution of the tax burden among all property owners.
Emergency Water Line Repair – June 28, 2022
An emergency repair on the water line will be taking place shortly.
At this time, it appears that Ashbrook Lane will be the only street affected.
Water will be restored tonight after the repairs are completed, but we do not have a estimated time, at the moment.

Recent water line breaks on Ashbrook and Pine Forest yesterday are a reminder that the dry weather is impacting our water systems.
Please continue to be water wise with your usage and alert TNG if you notice any leaks or drops in pressure.
Recycling Pickup Today
Recycle service was missed yesterday in the district. They will be back out first thing this morning to recover the pickup. Please leave your containers out.
Handy Tips to Avoid Frozen Pipes This Winter
A strong cold front with arctic air is expected to impact the state as early as Wednesday. With temperatures expected to potentially drop into the 20’s, it is a good time to refresh on how to prepare your pipes for winter weather.

Notice of Water Service Interruption
Due to water line construction, water service to 23 homes in The Villages of Heritage Point will be interrupted.
The residents affected are those on (1) Woodbury Court, and (2) those whose addresses are from 10 Brookefield Circle to 70 Brookefield Circle, odd and even numbered addresses.
The planned date for this interruption is Tuesday, January 18, 2022. The time is estimated to be from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.

Water and Tax Bills
Several residents of Clovercreek Municipal Utility District have not received their water bills for the month of November, or their 2021 MUD tax statements.
Due to the holidays, USPS is severely overwhelmed and is experiencing delays in delivery.
